Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
What a wonderful day this has been so far. Shelley and I had a 3+ mile walk to to get the paper/sales flyers this morning. Then we made our way up to the in-laws for our Thanksgiving meal. I am so proud of myself for eating a normal size meal. It feels so good not being stuffed and miserable, and feelin like I am going to fall asleep every 5min.
To all of you who struggle with this day as much as I do...go luck, stay strong, and be smart.
