How's that for MOTIVATION?!?!

Well after delivering the posters for JAM in to a Healthier You! - The Chippewa Valley Challenge, the buzz is getting just crazy. First of all we have had a huge amount of hits on TheChippewaValleyChallenge.com website. Not to mention all of the Health Clubs have put up the posters and have a lot of people asking questions. And after speaking to quite a few of the Personal Trainers at a number of the Health Clubs, they are so impressed with what we have come up with they have been telling all of there clients about it.

I am going to make a recommendation to any of you who are looking at doing the Challenge....Mark down January 5 on your calendar and don't forget to call and reserve your weigh-in time at one of the Participating Locations. The 250 spots are going to fill up FAST! There are only 50 spots per Participating Location (5). When you call on January 5, you are calling to reserve your weigh-in time. You must be there at the time you are given. If you do not show up during you allotted time, you may lose your spot in the Challenge. After each Participating Location fills its 50 spots, they will start a waiting list. You will still want to weigh-in just in case one of the Participating Locations does not fill all 50 spots. Those spots will be given to the other Participating Locations with people on a waiting list. DO NOT get left behind! If you belong to one of these Health Clubs, get in early and sign up on January 5!

I wish all of you a very happy and safe New Years Eve. If you are going to some parties, remember to stay strong and be focused on what you need to do so you do not over eat, and of course drink too much. Be smart and be safe!

Thanks again to Jen for yesterday's very timely post on using music as a great motivator.

Please share this post with friends, family members, co-workers and anyone you feel what we are doing here would be helpful to them. And don't forget to share this on Facebook, it's amazing how many people will go to the blog after just one person shares it.

Thanks again for reading. :)

Dan
