Time and Patience





No quick fixes!  •  No crash diets!  •  No gimmicks!  •  No starving yourself!  •  Just get up and move!

Eat Lean, Eat Clean and Exercise!

We who are overeaters and have gained and lost a lot of weigh in our lifetimes, know that this does not happen overnight. We did it to ourselves! We ate the food. We skipped going to the gym. We made excuses. And we gained the weight. No one else did it, it was us! Stop making excuses. Stop trying the latest fade diet or shakes. Try living a healthy lifestyle! In our "we want it NOW" society it goes against our culture to take our time and do it right. But change will happen, it just takes time and patience!

Stay focused, stay strong, stay motivated and remember to "NEVER GIVE UP!"
