Work Your Core!

We all want a flat stomach, right?
Well doing a million abdominal exercises alone will not get you there! First off, remember that diet plays huge role in being able to see your hard work. Now with that said, let's focus on the task at hand, working that core. No longer do a trillion mindless abdominal exercises as fast as you can. Work your core, focusing on slow controlled contractions. You will notice that less numbers are needed in order to get a great core workout. Another trick to core work is focus on your breathing. When exhaling forcefully on the contraction portion of your exercise you will call upon many more muscle fibers to work. Therefore, getting more "bang for your buck." If you are going to do the exercise why not get the most out of it!
