Warrior of Wellness


Warrior of Wellness is an educational program that teaches the principles behind weight loss, maintaining weight loss and living a healthy lifestyle. This program combines the elements of education, action, community and wellness.

With a basic understanding of nutrition and fitness and applying the principles, anyone can live a healthy lifestyle and become a Warrior of Wellness.

GETTING STARTED

Goal-Setting

Start thinking about your goals. What goals will lead you to living a healthy lifestyle? What goals will lead you to success in other areas of your life?

In the Warrior of Wellness Program, you will learn about types of goals, setting SMART goals, how to prioritize and overcoming barriers to achieving your goals. in Chapter 7: Set goals, you will create your own SMART goals.

Prepare to Succeed

In the first two chapters of the Warrior of Wellness Program, your ways of thinking will be challenged. In Chapter 1: Put yourself first, you will work toward acceptance that taking care of yourself before others is okay and encouraged. In Chapter 2: Diet is a noun, not a verb, you will learn about turning the mind with the use of mindfulness exercises and you will learn about the d-word.

Program Overview

The Warrior of Wellness Program contains educational materials, tools, resources and hands-on practice. Each chapter in this workbook will guide you through the educational materials and end with a Wellness Workout. The Wellness Workout provides tools and resources in the Toolbox, space to write your Wellness Reflection and space to build your Action Plan.
